Flash Reports
Flash Reports provide the owner with a daily or weekly one-page snapshot of key financial figures such as: cash balances, investments, A/R aging summary, A/P aging summary, notes payable, etc... With our assistance, you determine the information that is included in your Flash Report.
Customized Management Reports, such as: sales by sales person, sales by department, vendor purchases, etc…
Customized Financial Reports, such as: budget to actual, month to month, comparative departmentalized and/or location, project or job reports, etc...
Tell us what information you want to see and Smetana & Bardes CPAs will create and deliver customized management and financial reports to you as often as you need.
Discussion & Analysis Reports
We will identify any significant fluctuations to your accounts, analyze and discuss the variances with you, then summarize and report them to you in a monthly management letter.
Fixed Assets Policy & Depreciation
Smetana & Bardes CPAs will help you establish a fixed asset capitalization & depreciation policy and maintain a ledger of assets and depreciation. This will increase the accuracy of your monthly reports, as your depreciation expense will be calculated monthly rather than annually.
Regardless of which package you select, you will experience a higher level of expertise in management consulting, financial reporting, and analysis of your business. With over 10 years experience at Intuit (i.e. QuickBooks) and 5 years working in public accounting at a Big 4 accounting firm, we can ensure you efficiency and knowledge which you can rely on. We are not just looking to maintain your books, we are providing you with a personal touch, which will help you manage your company better and spend more time on your core business which earns revenue, not the back office which spends revenue.
