Our “Bookkeeper Advanced” package will do everything your “in-house” bookkeeper can do except answer the phones and get you coffee.
This includes “Real-Time” entries to the general ledger, client invoicing, bill payment, accounts receivable management, and bank reconciliations. You will have access to view your QuickBooks file online through our encrypted and secure remote desktop server. This will enable you to print invoices, reports, and checks anytime. In addition, you will have access to your own custom online portal which will include an e-file cabinet where all of your invoices/bills/receipts/statements will be stored securely in a searchable paperless environment.
