Client Information
This system will allow your firm to store all relevant client information in a single secure application. It serves as an electronic contact system, which tracks all of your clients contact information as well as their login information to any bank or credit card accounts. As an accountant you most likely get read-only access to your client’s accounts online. Let’s face it, keeping track of all of that data is time consuming and leaving it around the office or saving it to a simple file on your desktop can increase the chances of that information getting into the wrong hands. Delegation of Tasks
If you’re accounting business requires you to hire part time help during busy times or full time help which focuses more on data entry, you understand how important it is to be able to manage these workers. You are able to provide restrictive access to this system for each of your workers.
